Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can track the progress of your delivery using the provided tracking number.

Customs and Import Taxes:

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Lost or Delayed Shipments:

While we strive to ensure prompt and reliable delivery of all orders, occasional delays or lost shipments may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or postal service disruptions. If your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Wrong Address:

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to sender. You will be liable for any applicable reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.


RETURNS

Returns and Exchanges:

All of our products are made-to-order specifically for each customer. Due to this personalized nature of our items, we regretfully cannot accept returns or exchanges at this time. However, if there's an issue with your order, please reach out to our customer support team, and we'll do our utmost to address your concerns and ensure your satisfaction.

Order Modifications and Cancellations:

Once an order has been placed, modifications or cancellations may not be possible. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you need to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Notification for EU consumers:

According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

therefore we and our associated partners reserve the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion.
